This week readers we will pay attention to how characters change over time. In real life, the people around us change. This is a part of life experiences. Let's look at how the character Ramon changes in this short story, "ISH."

Did you notice the change in Ramon over time? At first, he enjoyed drawing what he saw around him. Then his brother laughed at his drawings and he began to not believe in his talents anymore. Then in the end, his little sister showed him that drawing is not about being perfect but about doing your best to show what you like about the world around you. In the end, Ramon drew and drew because he loved it and it didn't matter if it wasn't perfect.

Now I'd like you to practice paying attention to how a characters changes when things happen to them in a text. Let's watch, "Mr. Indifferent."
